French 'Farce' is Alive and NOT Well Update
UPDATE: The hearing is set for Thursday, September 24, and the French media is poised to pounce if the Dar Re Mi decision is not reversed.
UPDATE: The Lloyd-Webbers will appeal the French officials' decision and Jimmy Fortune's two-day ban.
They are strongly supported by Philippe Bouchara, President of France'sSyndicat des Proprietaires, who grasped the consequences to France'slocal and international racing reputation.
Sadly, in fallout, many think French officials will find some technicality to disqualify Sea The Stars if he wins the Arc. It cannot get worse than that.
